PREREQUISITE: must be able to centre 2kg. Throwing vases & bowls, making composite forms and altering. Develop your throwing techniques” Drawing the form before you begin on the wheel. Learning to centre and throw large lumps of clay, adding onto lumps re-centring. Throwing in sections and joining together (composite) to make larger tall vases. Coil and throwing technique. Starting with a base to add onto, adding on with coils and throwing to make large urn forms.
