Class Description
In this 8 week course we will cover a range of handbuilt makes - bowls, vases, and platters which we'll be using to explore surface decoration. Hand painting techniques with underglazes, slip trailing, masking, sgraffito, and a variety of glazing techniques. Learn how to elevate your work exploring texture, colour, and design. Please bring: - A notebook and pen - Pencil - 30cm Ruler - Ceramic tools if you have any Clay suggestion for members purchasing their own clay: - either PW20 for a nice white smooth choice that is suitable for handbuilding or the White Stoneware with grog
Cancellation Policy
Full Refund: Granted if OPC cancels a course. Withdrawals: 80% refund for cancellations made more than 7 days before the class start date. (20% is retained to cover administrative costs.), no refund for cancellations made within 7 days of the class start date or after the class has begun.
